Sovereign Data
Privacy Shield.
We prioritize absolute data sovereignty. All institutional financial records and PHI are processed within hardware-locked enclaves inside your private cloud network.
1. Institutional Data Sovereignty
NorthStar Claim (Danish CVR: 44801345) operates under a 'Zero-Visibility' mandate. We provide the infrastructure (The Sovereign Grid), but you retain absolute ownership and control over your data. For clients utilizing the Sovereign Infrastructure tiers, data never leaves your specific Azure tenant or physical geographic perimeter.
2. Hardware-Locked Security Pattern
We leverage Intel SGX (Software Guard Extensions) and Azure Confidential Computing to create hardware-encrypted Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). This ensures that clinical financial data and Protected Health Information (PHI) are encrypted even during active computation, shielding them from cloud provider administrators and unauthorized actors.
3. GDPR & Danish Jurisdiction
As a Danish legal entity, we adhere strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. All data processing agreements are governed by the laws of Denmark, providing the highest level of regulatory protection for institutional partners.
4. Zero-Touch Automated Provisioning
Our infrastructure loop is entirely script-driven. Upon successful Stripe verification, Azure API Management (APIM) programmatically issues cryptographic tokens. No human at NorthStar Claim has access to these tokens or the underlying data routing protocols during the automated provisioning sequence.
5. Data Residency & Encryption
All metadata is stored in encrypted Azure SQL databases with AES-256 standard. In-transit data utilizes TLS 1.3. We support specific US-EAST-1 or North Europe (Denmark) data residency options based on your institutional compliance requirements.
